ULB Haryana Recruitment 2024 Notification 2024 Post Qualification, Eligibility

1. Technical Expert 

  • A degree in Civil Engineering can be obtained through a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) program at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in India. To be eligible for this position, candidates should have 0 to 3 years of experience working in a Government Organization or a reputable large Private Organization, specifically in the field of Civil works.
  • A recognized College/University in India offers a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Candidates with a valid qualified GATE score will be given preference in the selection process. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Government Organization or a reputable large Private Organization dealing with Civil works.

2. Legal Expert 

  • Obtain a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) degree from one of the National Law Universities in India. Gain 0 to 3 years of experience in a Government Organization or a reputable large Private Organization, specializing in legal cases.
  • A Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized College/University in India is required.
  • Candidates with experience in handling court cases pertaining to Local Bodies or Government Departments will be given preference in the selection process.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Government Organization or a reputable large Private Organization dealing with legal cases is required.

3. Financial Expert 

  • Certified Public Accountant. 
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years in a governmental institution or a reputable private organization specializing in financial litigation.
  • An MBA (Finance) degree from a recognized College/University in India or being a Chartered Accountant are both acceptable qualifications.
  • Candidates with an MBA (Finance) degree will be given preference in the selection process based on their ranking in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Education.
  • However, for Chartered Accountant candidates, preference in selection will be given based on their experience. They should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Government Organization or any large Private Organization of repute dealing with finance-related matters.

Selection Process for ULB Haryana Recruitment 2024 Job 2024

  • The Directorate of Urban Local Bodies will carefully review the applications through a Screening-cum-Selection Committee, and candidates will be shortlisted based on their merits. The Committee will also conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates. 
  • The Department may organize a written test for the shortlisted candidates, which will be conducted by a reputable government agency or a government-controlled agency to select the Experts. 
  • Candidates with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master's Degree, or those who have excelled in their Bachelor's Degree in the specified fields will be given preference. 
  • The recommendation of the Committee will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained in this matter.
