Graduate Apprentices:-

• A relevant discipline Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) awarded by an Institution authorized by an Act of Parliament to grant such degree.
• Full-time Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

For Pharmacy: 

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-

• A Full-time Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in the relevant discipline.
• A Full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in the relevant discipline.
• A Full-time Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
• Candidates must have successfully cleared the qualifying examination between the years 2019 and 2023, inclusive.
• Candidates must not have attained a Post Graduate qualification.
• Candidates must not have participated in or currently be undergoing Apprenticeship Training at NLCIL or any other organization.
• Candidates must not possess one year or more of work experience in any occupation.
• Candidates must be native to Tamilnadu, Andrapradesh, Telengana, Kerala, Karnataka, or the Union territories of Pondicherry and Lakshadweep.

Selection Process for NLC India Ltd Job 2024

The selection process will be based on the candidates' percentage of marks achieved in their qualifying Diploma/Degree. The calculation of the percentage will be determined by the University/Institution from where the candidates obtained their Degree/Diploma. If the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the percentage will be calculated according to the procedure followed by the University/Institution. If there is no established scheme for calculating the percentage of marks, the following principles will be applied:

• If the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA, the equivalence in percentage will be determined by multiplying the Grade/CGPA by a factor of 10. 
• If the candidate is awarded marks semester-wise, the equivalence in percentage will be established by calculating the average of the percentage of marks obtained in all the semesters from the second year to the final year. 
• If the candidate is awarded marks year-wise, the equivalence in percentage will be established by calculating the average of the percentage of marks obtained in all the years from the second year to the final year.
